ADHD Evaluations are your starting point for clarity, especially if you have been wondering whether your focus, follow-through, or restlessness is "just stress," "just disorganization," or something more. During this telehealth visit, I take time to listen carefully to your story, your symptoms, and the context of your life so you no longer have to piece things together on your own.

I begin with a detailed psychiatric evaluation that looks at attention, memory, impulsivity, mood, sleep, and how symptoms show up at home, school, or work. Instead of rushing through a checklist, I ask thoughtful questions and explain what I am noticing in plain language. The goal is to arrive at a clear, accurate understanding of what you are experiencing and what may help, whether that is therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or a combination.

For many clients, ADHD overlaps with anxiety, mood changes, or learning difficulties, which can make symptoms confusing to untangle on your own. As part of this assessment, I also review how attention and focus concerns differ across inattentive, hyperactive, or combined presentations, and screen for conditions that often travel alongside ADHD. Knowing which pattern fits you best allows us to choose next steps that are more likely to bring relief.
