Psychiatric evaluations with me are designed to do more than assign a label-they give you a clear, compassionate understanding of what you have been carrying and why it feels so hard. I draw on more than 30 years in nursing and psychiatric care to complete a thorough mental health psychiatric evaluation that looks at your history, current symptoms, family patterns, medical conditions, medications, and life stressors.
During this initial visit, you have time to talk without feeling rushed. I ask thoughtful questions, explain what I am noticing in plain language, and check in often to be sure you feel comfortable. The goal is an accurate diagnostic picture and a workable plan, not a quick decision that leaves you confused.
I use the Initial Session Fee for this first, in‑depth evaluation, which sets the foundation for any ongoing care. From there, Standard Visits focus on follow‑up support-reviewing how you are doing, refining your diagnosis if needed, and adjusting treatment so it continues to fit your life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, or attention concerns, you leave the evaluation with clear next steps and room to ask every question on your mind.
All assessments are offered through secure telehealth, so you can participate from a private, comfortable space of your choosing. Many clients tell me they finally feel seen after years of "holding it together" in silence. My aim is for you to walk away from your psychiatric evaluation feeling informed, respected, and cautiously hopeful that change is possible.
