Supportive therapy with me offers a calm, steady place to set down what you have been carrying and sort through it with someone who truly listens. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for everyone else; therapy becomes the one hour where they do not have to hold everything together.

Through Individual Counseling, I provide one‑on‑one sessions focused on your unique challenges-whether that is anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, or the strain of juggling work and family. You set the pace. Some sessions are about processing difficult experiences; others are about planning practical next steps for the week ahead. Either way, you are met with warmth, honesty, and respect.

When your patterns of thinking and behaving are keeping you stuck, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In these more structured sessions, I help you notice the automatic thoughts that fuel your distress, test whether they are fully accurate, and practice new ways of responding. Together, we build skills for managing worry, rumination, self‑criticism, and avoidance so you are not at the mercy of your thoughts.

Because I also provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management, therapy sessions naturally integrate all aspects of your care. We can talk about how your medication is affecting your mood, how stress at work is showing up in your sleep, and how to explain your needs to family-all in one safe space.

Sessions are offered via secure telehealth, which makes it easier to prioritize your mental health without adding commute time or disrupting your day. My intention is that you leave therapy feeling a bit more grounded, a bit more understood, and increasingly equipped to handle life with greater steadiness and self‑compassion.
